Throat Muscles
 | | You will learn how to use muscles in your throat instead of singing with the vocal | | | cords directly. This will prevent damaging the cords, and eliminate any strained feelings in the neck muscles. You will also use these same muscles to shape, control, and manipulate sound.

Face Muscles
 | | You will use muscles in your face to further control the vocals. The brow muscle, | | | check muscles, and lip and mouth muscles (including the tongue) are all involved for pulling, stretching, holding, and shaping sound.

Stomach Muscles
 | | A "less is more" breathing and abdominal support method is taught. You'll learn | | | how to sing long and fast lines of lyrics without getting winded, while maintaining strength of sound. You'll combine this with mouth and tongue muscles so you're only expending the necessary amounts of energy.
